Our Mission

Our cause is never to wonder why these children come with such deficits .... We believe that they too, will be functional members of our society. We make therapeutic and educational services to identified, exceptional learners. Thus, promoting their right to be educated and to gain meaningful experiences in a school setting.  We are here to provide an Intervention Program and a Management Plan which focus on the special therapeutic and educational needs of the exceptional child. We provide an atmosphere of ease and security where an exceptional child can develop his potentials to the fullest.

The Heart and Soul of The CENTER FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS -- GENE ROSE DARVIN - YANGA, ( BA,  DipECD, DipCPsych) or Teacher Rose , as she is known to parents and to the children, is a dedicated Child Educator and an experienced professional in the field of Special Education. She has spent years of numerous trainings and workshops, classroom teaching and post-graduate studies in the field of Child Development and Child Psychology. At present, she maintains her devotion and dedicated service to the Special Needs children in Quezon City and continues to inspire her colleagues and other para-professionals to provide unselfish service to these children.
